Our Lambs

All of our lambs are natural and free range. They are all breed and raised with the animals welfare in mind and are always free to roam around the paddocks in a completely stress free environment. We believe a happy lamb produces excellent meat.

 Our lambs feed on natural and improved pastures all year round.
 Our lambs are hormone growth promotant free
 Our lambs are not treated with any antibiotics
 Our lambs go direct from the farm to the local abattoir, therefore they do not spend
    excessive time on trucks or in sales yards which can cause stress.
 All of our lambs are crossed with a Dohne Merino, a specialized dual purpose breed
    that is renowned for producing high yielding, low fat carcases.
 Our lamb carcases range between 22 – 24kg with a fat score of 2 – 3 and hang in the
    butcher for a minimum of 4 days to improve eating quality

All of this helps to produce a product that is healthy, tender and juicy.
